From September 8 to 13, 2026, the Cannes Yachting Festival opens its docks for its 49th edition, with close to 150 world premieres expected among more than 700 boats on display. Cannes Yachting Festival 2026: Dates, Locations and Opening Hours
When does the Cannes boat show take place?
The Cannes Yachting Festival runs from Tuesday, September 8 to Sunday, September 13, 2026 — six full days to discover all of the season’s new releases before winter.
Opening hours for the 2026 edition are as follows:
- Tuesday to Thursday: 10am – 7pm
- Friday (late night): 10am – 10pm
- Saturday: 10am – 7pm
- Sunday: 10am – 6pm
Where is the show held? Vieux Port and Port Canto
The festival spans two iconic Cannes locations, connected by a shuttle boat every 15 minutes:
- Vieux Port, in the heart of the Croisette, dedicated mainly to new motor yachts and the largest units.
- Port Canto, home to sailboats, catamarans and part of the brokerage market.
New for this edition: a Power Cat Village is appearing at Vieux Port, an area entirely dedicated to power catamarans from 11 to over 28 metres.
Access is exclusively via online ticketing, with no on-site box office. Sea trials are arranged directly with the exhibitor, so booking an appointment in advance is strongly recommended.

New Power and Sailing Catamarans to Discover at Cannes 2026
Multihulls are more than ever in the spotlight this year, with several highly anticipated launches.
Simbad 55: The New Premium Catamaran Already Making Waves
No conversation about 2026’s new releases would be complete without the Simbad 55, first revealed to the public at the International Multihull Show in La Grande Motte, and now set for a high-profile appearance in Cannes. Designed by naval architect Pierre Delion with styling by Franck Darnet, this 55-foot catamaran clearly targets the premium long-range cruising segment, with a huge flybridge, a protected forward cockpit and particularly generous interior volumes.
The Simbad 55 will be offered in 3 versions, allowing the level of finish and equipment to be tailored to the intended cruising program, from family blue-water voyages to more exclusive cruising. Its high-end positioning and refined silhouette make it one of the most anticipated multihulls of this year’s show.

Sunreef ULTIMA 88: World Premiere for the High-Performance Catamaran
Sunreef Yachts is making a bold statement with the world premiere of the ULTIMA 88, a high-performance catamaran ushering in a new generation for the Polish shipyard’s range. The Sunreef stand will also showcase its full sailing and power lineup, from the Sunreef 60 to the 100 Sunreef Power, offering a complete overview of today’s luxury multihull standards.
Fountaine Pajot FP48, FP55 and FPY 70S: A Hat-Trick of World Premieres
French shipyard Fountaine Pajot is presenting no fewer than three world premieres in Cannes this year: the FP48, the FP55 and the FPY 70S. The FP55 marks a major milestone for the brand as its very first flybridge catamaran, designed by Berret-Racoupeau Yacht Design, at nearly 17 metres long with range built for extended cruising. This launch reflects the Vendée-based shipyard’s move upmarket in the power catamaran segment, alongside the rest of the Sailing Catamarans range (FP41, FP44, FP51) and the Thíra 80.
Lagoon 47: A New Chapter for the Reference Shipyard
Lagoon is unveiling the world premiere of its new Lagoon 47, successor to one of the brand’s most popular models. This sailing catamaran focuses on generous living spaces, a redesigned layout and more sustainable solutions for comfortable cruising, staying true to Lagoon’s DNA.
Outremer 48: World Premiere for the Blue-Water Specialist
Vendée shipyard Outremer, a benchmark in fast offshore catamarans, is unveiling its new Outremer 48 in world premiere, designed for crews planning long passages, sometimes far from port infrastructure. It will be shown at Port Canto alongside the Outremer 52, already a multi-award winner (British Yachting Award, European Yacht of the Year, Multihull of the Year).
VEYA 53 and YOT 53: Two New Power Catamarans in Debut
The power catamaran segment is getting busier, with two world debuts well worth watching: the VEYA 53, taking a modern approach to motorized cruising, and the YOT 53 Power Catamaran, on display at Vieux Port. Both launches confirm the rise of the power catamaran as a credible alternative to the classic motor yacht, offering more living space and better stability at sea.
GranOcean W-72 and Pioneer PY60: Comfort and Energy Innovation
The GranOcean W-72 makes its Cannes debut with a 48V electrical system, lithium batteries and solar integration, for owners seeking the comfort of a motor yacht with the efficiency of a catamaran. Pushing innovation even further, German shipyard Pioneer Yachts presents the PY60, a solar-electric catamaran billed as a world first for this type of propulsion.
New Sailboats Not to Miss at Cannes 2026
Monohulls are not being left behind either, with several new models set to enrich Port Canto this year.
Dufour 39: A Fresh Take on the Cruising Range
Dufour Yachts will unveil its brand-new Dufour 39 in Cannes, a boat designed for couples and families looking to combine sailing pleasure with cruising comfort, in a compact and versatile format.
Grand Soleil and Sirena: Performance and Long-Range Cruising
Grand Soleil Yachts rounds out the list of shipyards presenting new models in Cannes this year, staying true to the Italian performance-sailboat tradition, while Sirena will make a major statement with the world premiere of the Sirena 118, the largest and most ambitious yacht ever built by the Turkish shipyard.

Pearl Yachts will present the world premiere of the Pearl 73, a model that continues the British shipyard’s move upmarket while staying in an accessible size, suited to both family use and charter.
Riva 96′ Argo Super: Italian Elegance Reinvented
Riva will unveil the new 96′ Argo Super, an evolution of its iconic flybridge model, with redesigned outdoor areas and fully updated onboard technology, all while preserving the brand’s instantly recognizable Italian styling.
Forte 47 Gran Turismo: Aluminium Construction Takes Centre Stage
On a more compact scale, the Forte 47 Gran Turismo stands out with its all-aluminium construction and a very high level of customisation, bringing craftsmanship usually reserved for larger yachts to a 14-metre segment.
