LONESTAR offers a truly distinctive on-water escape for guests seeking refined leisure cruising or exhilarating competitive sailing across Southeast Asia and the Indian Ocean.
Sailing seasonally between Asia, the Seychelles and Madagascar, she unlocks some of the world’s most remote and spectacular cruising grounds — from vibrant Southeast Asian waters to the granite islands of the Seychelles and the wild, untouched coasts of Madagascar. This rare operational range allows guests to experience diverse cultures, pristine anchorages and extraordinary marine life, all within one exceptional charter program.
Custom-designed by renowned French naval architects Van Peteghem et Lauriot-Prevost (VPLP) and built by DRA France in 1991, LONESTAR underwent an extensive refit in 2020, ensuring modern comfort while preserving her impressive sailing performance.
With over 2,500 square feet (232 sqm) of uncluttered deck space and six well-appointed cabins, she is ideally suited for large groups and extended families. LONESTAR accommodates up to 12 guests comfortably, or 16 guests when including small children.
Four double staterooms each include an additional single berth, ideal for families.
Two twin staterooms with upper and lower bunks are located amidships.
Each cabin features its own en-suite bathroom.
The yacht’s air-conditioned main salon offers a welcoming indoor retreat with lounge seating, dining area and bar — perfect for relaxing after a day exploring remote islands.
On deck, the spacious cockpit serves as the social heart of the yacht, ideal for alfresco dining while taking in sweeping ocean views. Plush sun cushions invite guests to unwind beneath the shade of the Bimini or bask in the tropical sun on the foredeck. Wide transom steps provide effortless access to the sea for swimming, snorkeling and enjoying the yacht’s water toys.
Cruising comfortably at 10–15 knots and carrying an impressive 2,690 square feet (278.7 sqm) of sail area, LONESTAR delivers the true thrill of sailing. As a performance catamaran, she offers both stability and speed — making every passage between Asia, the Seychelles and Madagascar part of the adventure itself.
