However, it wasn\u2019t until her first summer job at the age of 20 working for motoryacht dealer ARCOA that she truly fell in love with the industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ten years later, Laurence made the leap into yacht charter business and hasn\u2019t looked back since. Her role is to find the best solution for her clients within their budget, and to find the perfect boat that meets their needs. This requires an excellent knowledge of the market and the boats offered, which Laurence has acquired through years of experience. She emphasizes the importance of asking about their budget, as it is essential in selecting the right yacht for them \u2013 a concept often taboo but crucial in finding the perfect fit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;The most rewarding element of my job is working with a select group of clients and seeing them return for another charter, knowing I provided them with an excellent experience.
