The 78-meter <em>Venus<\/em> drifted dangerously close to the 105-meter <em>Lady Moura<\/em>, and despite the <em>Lady Moura<\/em> crew&#8217;s attempts to avoid it, the collision occurred. Fortunately, the damage was limited to a costly scratch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <em>Lady Moura<\/em>, launched in 1990 and sold in 2021 for $125 million, is one of the most famous yachts in the world. The <em>Venus<\/em> was commissioned by Steve Jobs, co-founder of Apple, but he passed away before its completion in 2011.
