Spars/Rig:

Cutter rigged with a keel-stepped, boxed spruce mast and spruce boom with galvanized standing rigging. There are 3 sails: a fully battened main with cover, Genoa on roller furling and a staysail. Winches: 4 sheet, 3 halyard. Other gear includes running backstays, mast steps, whisker pole on a mast track, lazy jacks and preventers.

Engine/Electrics:

Powered by a single 54 HP, 4 cylinder Isuzu 4LE 1 (2002), fresh water cooled marine diesel engine with low hours on it. She has a ZF reduction gear to a Campbell 3 blade bronze prop via a 1 1/2" stainless steel shaft. There is one aluminium fuel tank of 75 Imp/90 US gallons capacity. The engine room is very clean with good access. There are 5 batteries (1-12V start, 2x2 - 6V house), 120V shorepower, "Xantrex" (40 Truecharge) automatic charger, "Heart" interface, compass, "Standard" MD150 depthsounder, "Standard" WS150 wind gauge, "Icom" IC-502 VHF radio, "Furuno" FPD131 radar with GPS receiver/chart plotter, and AM/FM/CD stereo system.

Interior:

Down below she has a raised pilothouse with a helm station to starboard. The helm has a seat with wheel steering (mechanical), a full set of engine gauges and controls, and electronics. Forward of the helm is the chart table with storage under. Opposite is an U-shaped dinette which has good visibility and can convert to a berth. Going forward and down a few steps, there is a U-shaped galley to port with double S.S. sinks, H & C pressure water, 6 gal hot water tank(120V/engine), "Force 10" 3 burner/oven (propane) stove, and a top loading refrigerator (12/120V compressor with cold plates). Her fresh water capacity is 60 Imp/78 US gallons in 2 plastic tanks. Opposite the galley on starboard is a settee/pilot berth. The cabin is heated by a buss heater off the heat exchanger and mounted under the companionway stairs. Additional cabin heat is supplied by a "Dickenson" propane bulkhead mounted unit. Going forward there is an enclosed marine head to port with a 12V marine head, holding tank and 12V macerator pump. Opposite is a vanity with S.S. sink, H&C pressure water, shower and a grey water holding tank. The main stateroom is forward and consists of a side-loading berth, plenty of storage bins, hanging locker and opening portholes and hatch. The cabin sole is parquet hardwood and the upholstery is in near new condition.

Exterior/Other Equipment:

The foredeck has a bowsprit with 2 anchor rollers, two 35 lb Delta anchors, HD manual windlass, lots of chain and line and a spare 22 lb anchor. There are bulwarks and double lifelines down both sides of the boat and she has S.S. mast pulpits. The cockpit has a bridge deck, 2 side lockers, a lazarette and cockpit grate. She has tiller steering to an outboard rudder and has a self steering wind vane. Her dinghy is an 8' "Titan " inflatable with floor boards and oars. Safety gear includes a few lifejackets, life ring, flares, lifesling, heaving line, horn, automatic & manual bilge pumps, fire extinguishers, and a sniffer (propane).

Remarks:

George Buehler designed, custom built, bluewater PH cutter in near new condition. Has all blueprints and construction photographs from start to finish. July 2007 out of the water survey on file and comes with moorage at Gibsons Marina (40' slip).
