Spars/Rig:
Sloop rigged with aluminium spars and S.S. standing rigging. She has a mainsail with slab reefing and cover and a 135% Genoa on Hood roller furling. There are 2 ST primary sheet winches, 2 ST halyard winches, boom vang, Spinnaker pole and all lines are led aft.
Engine/Electrics:
Powered by a 22 HP, 3 cylinder Mitsubishi (1987) fresh water cooled diesel engine with Hurth gear, straight shaft and 3 blade bronze prop. Her fuel capacity is 35 gals in one aluminium fuel tank and she'll cruise at approx. 6 knots under power using about 1/2 gal/hr. There are 2 batteries (new), shorepower, 150 watt Superex inverter, compass, VHF radio, "Impulse" DS/ knotmeter, clock/barometer, and 2 automatic bilge pumps.
Interior:
Down the companionway stairs there is a chart table to port with good storage in lockers, drawers and shelves. Opposite is the galley with a "Magic Chef" 3 br/oven propane stove, ice box and S.S. sink with H & C pressure water. Her fresh water capacity is 40 gals in one aluminium tank. There is a large dinette to port that converts to a double berth and a single settee opposite. The salon has windows all around the pilothouse, has a teak and holly cabin sole and standing headroom is 6' 4". Forward is an enclosed head with H & C Pressure water, sink, shower and marine head with holding tank. Opposite is a hanging locker and a locker with shelves from sole to headliner. The V berth sleeps two with separate bunks either side (one high, one low), and has an opening hatch over.
Exterior/Other Equipment:
Her anchor package consists of a 7.5 Kg Bruce anchor on a bow roller with chain and line. There is a bow pulpit with double lifelines leading back to the cockpit. The cockpit is spacious and has good storage and access through 2 lockers and a lazarette. She has wheel steering on a binnacle with grab bar and brake. The back section of the cockpit has a Bimini top and there is a S.S. boarding ladder mounted off the rail. Other gear includes complete window canvass, binnacle cover, cockpit cushions, S.S. BBQ (propane), some safety gear including a MOB pole, some spare engine parts and some charts. Fresh bottom paint and zincs, June 2009.
Remarks:
A very well maintained yacht that comes with assumable moorage (32') at Gibsons Marina.
