Rig/Spars:

Sloop rigged with aluminium spars and S.S. standing rigging. 3 sails: Main with cover, Genoa on roller furling and a working jib with hanks. There are 2 halyard winches, 2 sheet winches, boom vang, slab reefing on the main, Windex, and a Spinnaker pole.

Engine/Electrics:

Powered by a 9.9 HP Evinrude outboard engine in a well with a plastic 5 gallon fuel tank. There are 2 batteries, 110V shorepower, smart charger, compass, clock, barometer, VHF radio, "Lowrance X 25" sounder, "Raymarine ST 1000 autopilot and AN/FM/CD stereo system.

Interior:

Down below she has a traditional layout with a fold-down table on centreline. There is a quarter berth to starboard and an L-shaped galley to port. She has a S.S. sink with manual cold water (fresh water capacity is 20 gallons in one plastic tank), an ice box, and a "Wedgewood" 3 burner propane stove.

The salon has settee/berths on port and starboard and a "Force 10" propane bulkhead mounted cabin heater. Going forward there is a hanging locker to port and an enclosed head to starboard with marine head (no holding tank). Forward of that is a V berth with opening hatch over. The interior is in good condition with nice upholstery.

Exterior/Other Equipment:

Her anchor package consists of a Danforth anchor with chain and line on a bow roller. Double lifelines lead aft from the pulpit to the cockpit. She is tiller steered and has a dodger. Other gear includes a SS BBQ (propane), some safety gear, boat hook, fire extinguishers, manual bilge pump, and an 8' 6 inflatable dinghy with oars.

Remarks:

Well equipped yacht with a nice interior. Her bottom was cleaned (diver) in June 2010 and comes with assumable moorage at Pt. Stalashen (near Sechelt). Slip rate is $ 130/mo.
