Construction: 1.5" strip planked cedar on oak frames, FG over plywood deck and house. Major upgrades during 2004 to 2006.

Engine/Electrics:
Powered by a single 107 HP Gardner 6LW diesel engine with keel coolers, heat exchanger and a dry stack. She has a Capitol reduction gear, 2" S.S. shaft and a 3 bladed, 33 x 25.5 R.H. Osborne bronze propeller. Her fuel capacity is 320 gallons in 2 tanks and she'll cruise at 7.8 knots @ 1250 RPM using 1.5 gals/hr. The diesel is in top condition, has approximately 2500 hours on it and the engine room is spotless. There are 4 x 6 volt for 24 volt start batteries, 2 x 12 volt house batteries, shorepower, a "Heart Freedom 10" inverter, 2 compasses, 2 VHF radios, "Humminbird" depthsounder, autopilot, searchlight, horn, wiper, and 2 electric bilge pumps.
Interior:
Access to the interior is gained from the swimgrid through a transom gate into the cockpit. Sliding teak doors open into the galley which has an L shaped preparation area on port with a "Dickenson" Adriatic diesel stove, S.S. sink with hot & cold pressure water and a large 12V/110V fridge/freezer. On starboard is a dining area with a teak dining table and a settee that converts to an upper and lower berth. Forward of that is an enclosed head with vanity, sink, H & C water and marine head. The galley has good storage and is bright and open with large windows all around. Up a couple of steps going forward is the main salon and wheelhouse. The helm is forward on port and has a complete set of controls with Captains chair and an sliding access door to the outside deck. Along the starboard side is a settee/berth with good storage under and a built-in cabinet. Aft along the bulkhead is another settee and above is a good sized shelf for books and things. The salon has 6' 4 headroom throughout. The main stateroom is forward and features a huge double berth with large drawers and a hanging locker, 2 portlights and an opening hatch over. There is an enclosed head on port with marine head, vanity, sink, H & C pressure water and a shower.
Exterior/Other Equipment:
From the cockpit going up a set of stairs is a two level command bridge and deck area. The upper helm has lots of seating space and a Bimini top over. The aft deck area is large and has full S.S. railings all around with good space for lounging and Barbequing. On the starboard corner of the aft deck is a swing-arm davit that can be used to raise a dinghy on board. Going forward to the bows is an anchor package consisting of a 45 lb Plow anchor with chain and line, spare Danforth anchor and a 12V winch with bow roller. Other gear includes a spotlight, fire extinguishers, manual bilge pump and some safety gear.
Remarks:
Originally built as a yacht (not an ex-fishboat) she has had extensive re-fit done to her from 2004 to 2006. Upgrades include new decks, transom and bridge deck, as well as, interior refinishing. Powered by a legendary Gardner diesel, she's probably the most economical yacht to run of her size on the Coast. Located in Gibsons and available for viewing by appointment.
