Engines/Electrics:
Powered by twin 130 HP Nissan 6 cylinder FWC diesels on straight shafts with 3 bladed bronze props. There are approximately 700 hours on the engines and she will cruise at 13 to 14 knots using approx 3 - 4 gals/hr each. Her fuel capacity is 300 gallons in 2 aluminium tanks. There are 4 batteries, 110V shorepower, 20amp Constavolt, 5 HP Westerbeke diesel generator, 2 compasses, 2 depthsounders, 2 VHF radios, intercom, sniffer, 2 automatic bilge pumps, buss heater and an Espar diesel forced air heating system.
Interior:
The interior layout is very open and spacious with lots of headroom. Inside on port is a U shaped settee with high/lo table which can convert to a berth if necessary. Opposite is the helm with a high-backed helm seat, v. good visibility, hydraulic steering and a complete set of controls. Aft of the helm is a bar with built-in AM/FM/CD stereo system. All of the salon windows slide open and have fitted screens. Down a couple of steps is the galley, on starboard, with a full sized fridge/freezer, double S.S. sinks, H & C pressure water (capacity 120 gallons in two plastic tanks), 3 Br/oven (Propane) stove and plenty of cupboards and drawers. The galley sole is hardwood. Opposite is the guest stateroom with double berth, hanging lockers, good storage, lots of light and opening portholes with screens. Attached is a full sized head with vanity & sink, H & C water, electric marine head & holding tank (40 gal) and an opening porthole. This head has 3 way access - from the stateroom, from the hallway and into the master shower/tub. Right forward is the master stateroom with island queen bunk, built in drawers under, hanging locker, and a long vanity with lots of storage and place for a TV. There is an opening hatch over and numerous opening ports with screens. Attached is a separate enclosed head with vanity and sink, hot and cold water, electric head and an opening hatch and porthole. The shower and tub is accessed through the master stateroom as well.
Exterior/Other Equipment:
The bridge is accessed up a ladder from the cockpit and has seating for 7 people. The helm is on centerline and has excellent visibility. It is completely enclosed with canvass that can be removed in sections and has lots of headroom. The cockpit is fully enclosed with canvass, has high coamings and a cockpit door for access to the swimgrid, boarding ladder and dinghy. The dinghy is a FG Livingston with oars on snap davits. Going forward the deck is uncluttered and has an anchor package which includes a Bruce anchor on a bowsprit, chain, line 12V windlass with remote and an anchor well. Other gear includes fire extinguishers, some safety gear, and an assortment of boat hooks, hoses, brushes, etc.
Remarks:
Good looking Motoryacht with very low hours on her diesels. She has an outstanding layout and is in very good condition throughout. Her moorage slip at Gibsons Marina (44') can be assumed.
