Engine/Electrics:
Powered by a single 80 HP 4 cylinder Ford Lehman fresh water cooled diesel. She’ll cruise at 6.5 to 7 knots @ 1850 RPM using 1.1 gals/hr. Her fuel capacity is 300 gallons in 2 steel tanks. She has 2 station hydraulic steering, one up and one down.
There is one 8D battery and six 6V golf cart house batteries, shorepower, charger, 2000W inverter, link 10 monitor, 2 compasses, 2 Marinetek depthsounders, 2 VHF radios, computer with Nobletec navigation program, Autohelm 3000, GPS, Loran C, 2 electric bilge pumps and a stereo.
Interior:
Access to the main salon is gained through a sliding door from the cockpit and from the starboard deck by the helm. There is an L shaped galley to port aft and has a 4 br/oven propane stove, dbl S.S. sinks with H & C pressure water, 110V fridge/freezer and a microwave oven. Her fresh water capacity is 150 gallons in 2 S.S. tanks. Opposite is a large settee. Going forward on starboard is the helm station with a complete set of controls and instruments and good visibility. Opposite is a dinette which converts to a double.
Down a couple of steps going forward is an enclosed head with vanity, sink H & C pressure water, shower and marine head with holding tank and macerator. Opposite is a hanging locker and forward is the stateroom with double berth, seat, 2 opening portholes and an opening hatch over. The cabin sole is made of teak and there is good standing headroom throughout with large windows that make it very bright. Cabin heat is by a catalytic propane heater and there is lots of storage space.
Exterior:
The cockpit is aft and has a transom door leading to the teak swimgrid. An 8’ Zodiac dinghy is fixed with snap davits to the swimgrid. A ladder leads up to the bridge which is full length of the cabin. The helm has a set of controls up, 2 bench seats and is surrounded by a S.S. railing with lee cloths. A 7 cu ft deep freezer is also affixed on the bridge.
Her ground tackle consists of a Bruce anchor on a bowsprit with chain, line and a Windlass. The exterior decks, cockpit and bridge have teak overlay over the fibreglass and the cap rails are teak as well. Other gear includes full canvass for the cockpit, bridge and windows, boarding ladder, searchlight, fire extinguishers and some safety gear.
Remarks:
Good looking traditional trawler that is very economical to run. Comes with assumable moorage at a very good rate in Pender Harbour.
