Engine/Electrics:
Powered by twin 200 HP 4.3L Volvo Penta fresh water cooled gasoline engines (1997) to Volvo SX legs. There are 291 hours on the meter and the starboard engine was rebuilt in 2010. Her estimated cruising speed is 8 - 10 knots using 4-5 gals/hr and has a top speed of over 12 knots. The engine room is very clean and dry. Her fuel capacity is 100 gallons in 2 S.S. tanks.
There are 2 batteries, shorepower, "Pro Mariner" charger, trim tabs, 2 spare props, 2 station hydraulic steering, rudder angle indicator, compass, 2 VHF radios, "Lowrance X70A" depthsounder, 2 automatic bilge pumps, AM/FM/CD stereo, wind speed indicators and sniffers.
Interior:
Down below she has a convertible dinette to port and a settee/berth to starboard. The galley is ahead on starboard with S.S. sink, pressure cold water, an ice box, 2 burner kerosene stove and a microwave stove. Opposite is a hanging locker and an enclosed head with vanity, sink, manual cold water and marine head with holding tank. Going forward the helm is on starboard with a full set of controls and a comfortable seat. The mate's seat is opposite. There is a large V berth with insert for a double berth and an opening hatch over. The interior is finished in teak and yellow cedar and is heated by a bulkhead mounted diesel heater.
Exterior/Other Equipment:
Her cockpit has a hardtop over and is enclosed with canvass. Up a ladder to the bridge (very large) she has a helm station forward with railings/lee cloths around, separate helm seat and 2 sleeper seats. Her anchor package consists of a Danforth anchor with chain & line, a bow roller and a Samson post. Other gear includes some safety equipment, fire extinguishers, swim grid with snap davits (no dinghy), manual bilge pump, 600' nylon stern line on a roller and a complete set of manuals, charts and cruising guides.
Remarks:
Well laid-out cruising boat with a very nice interior that's clean and dry. Moorage in Pender Harbour might be available upon approval. Priced to sell and must be seen.
