Engine/Electrics:
Powered by a single 300 HP 6 cylinder Caterpillar 3116 diesel (2000) with heat exchanger, keel coolers and a dry stack. The engine had a total rebuild in July 2009 and has very few hours on it since. The gear is a S 7000 Velvet Drive, has a 1.75" S.S. shaft and a 3 blade bronze prop (24 x 17 RH). There are 2 GRP fuel tanks of 500 gallons capacity and she will cruise at 8 knots. She has 3 station hydraulic steering - bridge, lower cabin and cockpit. There are 2 8-D batteries, charger, compass, VHF radio, "Apelco" flasher paper recorder depthsounder, 5 electric bilge pumps, 3 wipers, Buss heater and a horn.
Interior:
From the aft deck a midship (Dutch) door gives access to the cabin and accommodation area. This is of open design with an enclosed marine head to starboard and a settee-berth running forward to passenger seating. To port is a "Dickenson" diesel heater (not hooked up) and the galley which runs forward to the helm. There are 2 S.S. sinks with pressure cold water. Her fresh water is stored in a S.S. tank of approx 3s0 gals. The lower helm is forward and an open V berth is under the forward deck. In the centre of the cabin is the engine cover which is used as a table.
Exterior:
The large cockpit is aft and has a helm station to port, a transom door opening, swimgrid and a heavy duty tow-post. A ladder leads up to the bridge and there is a steering station forward and a good sized deck aft with railings all around. Forward her anchor package consists of a 39 lb Fortford anchor with chain and line. Other gear includes an 8' Sport Yak dinghy, bridge canvass, fire extinguisher, searchlight, and some safety gear.

Robust workboat/towboat with excellent power package. Comes with assumable moorage at Gibsons Marina (32').
