Engine/Electrics:
Powered by twin 225 HP Volvo (305's) V8 fresh water cooled gasoline engines with Volvo 280 legs. Engine hours show: port 581 on gauge, stb 528 on gauge. Her fuel capacity is 150 gallons in one aluminium tank and she'll cruise at 18 knots @ 3100 RPM using 5-6 gals/side. There are 4 batteries, 110V shorepower, 2 compasses, 2 VHF radios, 2 Humminbird depthsounders, 2 automatic bilge pumps & 1 manual electric bilge pump, 2 wipers and an AM/FM/CD stereo system (new).
Interior:
The interior is open and spacious and has good headroom. Through the cockpit on port is an L-shaped galley with 3 burner/oven (alcohol) stove, double S.S. sinks with H&C pressure water and an 110V fridge/freezer (new). Opposite is an enclosed head with vanity & sink, pressure H&C water, shower and marine head. Her water capacity is 50 gallons in one galvanized tank. Forward on starboard is a settee/berth with lots of storage under and a helm station with adjustable swivel seat and a full set of controls and gauges. Opposite the helm is a dinette which can be converted to a berth. In the Vee is a double berth with a hanging locker and opening hatch over. Cabin heat is by a Buss heater off the engine.
Exterior/Other Equipment:
The Bounty's have a large, low profile bridge with an L-shaped seat to starboard, an adjustable helm seat and a sleeper seat to port. The bridge also has a complete canvass cover and a Bimini top. The cockpit is easy to get in and out of and has a teak swimgrid, built-in transom boarding ladder and is completely enclosed in canvass. Her anchor package consists of a Danforth anchor (secured in deck chocks) with chain & line, a bow roller and a 12V Capstan winch. The bow pulpit and side railing are relatively high and there is walkaround space on the side decks. Other gear includes a spare anchor (lunch hook), fire extinguishers, life ring, flares, radar reflector and lots of spare engine and electric accessories.
Remarks:
An excellent cruising yacht with a great layout. Comes with assumable moorage (33' slip) at Port Stalashen (Sunshine Coast) and has fresh bottom paint (Sep 2007) and a recent survey (Aug 2007) which is on file. Located on the hard in Gibsons.
