Engine/Electrics:

Powered by a single 300 HP 5.7 Litre Mercruiser MPI (new 2005) fresh water cooled V8 gasoline engine with 375 original hours on it. Her drive is a BW V-drive with a 3 blade bronze prop. There are 2 aluminium fuel tanks of 120 gallon capacity and she'll cruise at 17 knots @ 3200 - 3300 RPM using approximately 6 gals/hr. There are 8 batteries (2 -12V start, 6 - 6V house), shorepower, "Xantrex" Freedom 25 inverter with Link 10 monitoring system, "Furuno" depthsounder, VHF radio, wipers and fans, trim tabs, 2 electric bilge pumps, AM/FM/cassette stereo system, and a DVD player c/w screen.

Interior:

The interior has had a complete refurbishing in 2005. All new windows and frames, headliner, granite counter tops, wood cabinetry, SS appliances and new upholstery. The galley is to starboard with "Princess" 3 br/oven stove, SS deep sink with H & C pressure water and an "Echelon" AC/DC refrigerator with ice cube maker.

Opposite in the enclosed head with vanity, SS sink with H & C water, shower, and marine head with macerator and holding tank. Forward on the port side is a convertible dinette with granite countertop. Opposite is the helm with a complete set of controls and good visibility. The V berth is large and airy with an opening hatch over and a DVD player with screen. Her fresh water capacity is 30 gallons in one plastic tank, has 6' 4 headroom and is heated by a Buss heater off the heat exchanger.

Exterior/Other Equipment:

The bridge is fairly large with double back to back seats that hinge down to make a berth. The controls have a canvass cover as does the seat. The cockpit is large and has wide decks that lead forward. Her anchor package consists of a Danforth with chain and line. Off the stern is a swimgrid and 8'6 Walker Bay FG dinghy/oars on davits. Other gear includes window sunscreens, 2 fire extinguishers, boat hook, bell, and some safety gear.

Remarks:

Low hours on very good power package and has an impressive interior. Last hauled in August 2009. Located at our sales dock in Gibsons.
