Engine/Electrics:

Powered by a single 260 HP 5.7L Mercruiser V8 fresh water cooled gasoline engine with Alpha I outdrive. The engine was rebuilt in 2007 and has very low hours since. She'll cruise at 20 MPH using approximately 6 gals/hr and has one aluminium fuel tank of 70 gallons capacity. She has rack and pinion steering and trim tabs. There are 2 batteries, shorepower, "Freedom 15" heart inverter, compass, VHF radio, "Lowrance X25A" depthsounder, wiper, horn, 2 automatic bilge pumps and a "Panasonic 3700" CD player.

Interior:

Down below she has a U-shaped settee forward with a table on centreline and converts to a double. Aft under the bridge is a double berth with a large opening hatch for air and ventilation. The galley is down a couple of steps from the bridge on the portside with a S.S. sink with H&C pressure water, "Norcold" 12V refrigerator and a 1 burner "Origo" alcohol stove. Opposite is an enclosed head with molded-in vanity, H&C pressure water, shower, marine head with holding tank and an opening porthole. The salon upholstery is in good condition and the cabin is heated by a buss heater off the heat exchanger.

Exterior/Other Equipment:

The sunbridge/cockpit has seating for six including the helm seat. There is also a provision for a cockpit table. The helm is on starboard with good visibility and the window opens to gain access to the foredeck. She has a Bimini top and a complete tonneau cover for the sunbridge/cockpit. Her anchor package consists of a Danforth anchor with chain and line mounted on a bowsprit. Other equipment includes a boarding ladder, fire extinguisher, windshield wiper, horn and some safety gear.

Remarks:

Nice clean boat with low hours on the engine. Has spent most of her life on fresh water lakes and recently came to the coast. Located in Secret Cove and the moorage is available upon approval by management.
